Start Date: August 2024
Duration: 12 months to 5 years after FPSO, SURF and SPS contract awards

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced FPSO Engineering Manager to join our team for a major offshore project in Namibia. The role involves overseeing engineering management services within the FPSO team during engineering studies and execution phases.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced FPSO Engineering Manager to join our team for a major offshore project in Namibia. The role involves overseeing engineering management services within the FPSO team during engineering studies and execution phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and implement H3SE standards and training requirements.
- Promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within the project.
- Manage engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international norms, and standards.
- Review and provide feedback on technical documentation from contractors.
- Coordinate resolution of technical issues with specialists.
- Participate in project reviews and safety/technical audits.
- Assist in the development and follow-up of FPSO package planning.
- Support the FPSO Manager in tender processes, clarification meetings, and evaluations.
- Organise coordination meetings with contractors.
- Maintain and report project documentation and progress.
- Proven experience in engineering for large offshore oil & gas projects.
- At least 20 years of professional experience, with 15 years in similar projects.
- Proficiency in English and French is essential.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team working on a significant deep-water discovery project.
