ESG Senior Superintendent- Saudi Arabia

On behalf of a drilling services company, I am looking a ESG Senior Superintendent to join the team in Saudi Arabia on a rotation on a long term scope of work. This will be a rotational position, paying a day rate in USD. 


Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all rig operations at project level and ensures HMS processes are applied in the execution of well construction. 
• Responsible for providing support for all drilling and other well operations taken at the rig site.  
• Oversee and lead day-to- day drilling initiatives, anticipate operational changes, find and implement remedial solutions to operational drilling problems, and prepare and execute short term and long term plans anticipating required resources (rigs, personnel, services) for multiple rigs.
• Capable of supervising, advising, and motivating a diverse team of Well Site Supervisors while emphasising collaborative teamwork, training, performance, efficiency improvement, safety and environment, cost control, and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Requires an undergraduate STEM degree and 15+ years Drilling and Completions Project experience with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to manage a team.
• Must have a Well Control Certification. Experience working in different work environments and in various international locations is preferred.  
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English language
