Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Southern California - Los Angeles Area

Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Onboarding:

    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration.
    • Facilitate orientation sessions and assist in completing necessary paperwork.
  2. HR Records Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and confidentiality.
  3. Benefits Administration:

    • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries.
    • Collaborate with benefits providers to address employee concerns.
  4. Payroll Support:

    • Work closely with the payroll department to process payroll accurately.
    • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
  5. Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate pre-employment checks and assessments.
  6. Employee Relations:

    • Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate as needed.
    • Support the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
  7. Policy Compliance:

    • Ensure company policies are communicated and adhered to.
    • Assist in policy development and updates as needed.
  8. Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
    • Support employee development initiatives.
  9. HR Reporting:

    • Generate and analyze HR reports for management.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
