Position:      IT Responsible
Client:         International Trading company
Location:      Erbil
Work type:    Full-time

Job summary:
The IT Responsible acts as partner to the local business functions supporting in all questions of Information management and technique. He will be the interface between the local business and Group IT, communicating all relevant IT subjects.

Main Duties:

-Defines local IT strategies, supports and tracks global IT strategies.

-Enforcement of global Policies and Solutions.

-Purchase, Administration and Maintenance IT clients including mobile devices.

-Administration and Maintenance IT infrastructure (files- application server and all area network components).

-User account administration of central cloud solution and local applications.

-Direct IT support for user related to client topics and incidents.

-Coordination the IT budget with the local controller.

-Ensuring availability of systems and data, security and compliance.

-Support business in IT projects/task and Application like ERP and CRM.


Required skills:



-University degree (BA) or equivalent in IT, MIS.; or equivalent related experience and training

-Minimum of 3 years of related experience.

-Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively, in English, Kurdish and Arabic

-Ability to effectively work in a multi-gender, multi-national work team; whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural differences

-Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.

-Ability to understand, interpret and anticipate operating environment.

-Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views. Highly pro-active, disciplined and well organized.

-Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time. Supports organization's goals and values.

-Capacity to handle a heavy work volume and multiple priorities. Follows instructions, responds to management direction. Strong multitasking skills.
