Role: Operations Lead
Location: Aberdeen
Contract – 8 Months (Potential for Extension)

Overview:

Responsible for developing and overseeing the operating integrity framework and governance processes within the company.
Ensures optimal execution of operations within the operated assets.
Acts as Operations EA2 under the company's Technical Authority & Engineering Authority standard and framework.
Provides expert input across all stages of operated asset lifecycles.

Responsibilities:

Lead the enhancement of the company's Permit to Work Process (PtW) and Safe Isolation and Reinstatement of Plant processes, ensuring standardisation across assets for efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee the update of the company's Pre Startup Safety Review (PSSR) process, integrating inputs such as Completions.
Collaborate with the Training and Competence Team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Training and Competence processes for Operated Assets, with a focus on measuring T&C status across shifts.
Facilitate the Operations Integrity Forum across assets.
Offer support and impartial input on complex production operations issues or threats across operated assets.
Possess a strong understanding of operational management, operations readiness and assurance, major hazard legislation, and Process Safety Management, with practical applications in operating integrity frameworks.
