Position Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations in the San Diego area. This includes managing a team of field technicians, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations in the San Diego area, including scheduling and dispatching field technicians, managing inventory, and overseeing project budgets.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial roofing industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing successful teams and projects.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials.
