Job Summary: As the Commercial Roofing Operations Manager/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our roofing projects by overseeing operations and managing projects from start to finish. Your leadership and technical expertise will ensure the successful execution of roofing projects, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee commercial roofing projects, from planning and estimation to project completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed according to specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Lead a team of roofing professionals, including foremen and laborers, to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on job sites.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the sales and estimating teams to provide accurate project cost estimates and proposals.
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts as they arise, providing timely solutions.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, addressing their concerns and keeping them informed of project progress.
• Ensure that all projects meet or exceed quality and safety standards, including compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial roofing project management and operations management.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Project management software proficiency.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RRO, RRC, CDT).
• Knowledge of CAD or roofing design software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
