PMO / Project Planner
Job description
We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Manager for our client in the Wind Industry in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This PMO / Project Manager role is to support our client with their Offshore Wind projects.

Key responsibilities:
1) PMO Support:
Project management methodology
- Support the Project management team with project management tools and processes
- Identify project management best practices and ensure knowledge sharing and documentation
Project Governance
- Drives and ensures the project is governed and in compliance with Vattenfall AB defined governance processes and standards
- Coordination and preparation of Asset/Product Readiness Reviews (ARR/PRR) and Value assurance review (VAR), lead the preparation of material to PSG, RSG and PRB, support process towards EGM and BoD and ensure documentation of sign off process
- Ensure alignments of ARRs and PRRs across the projects
- Lead and prepare monthly status reporting including compiling and dissemination
Project integration
- Develops and maintain project charter, project handbook and integrated project management plan
- Develop and maintain project org. charts in accordance with Offshore standard org. charts and role descriptions
- Ensures coordination and integration across the project management disciplines
Time and resource planning
- Assist with project resourcing as overview and status of resource allocation and support the resource allocation alignment with the line organization
- Assist with long-term planning of project and ensure key milestones are mapped and aligned with governance processes and other projects (RM or Asset)
2) Project Management:
Lessons learnt/continuous improvements
- Drive Project management Lessons learnt sessions and ensure lessons learnt are conducted throughout the project and support where needed
- Drive initiatives, assignments and project workstreams within the Asset Projects or within or across the roadmap projects as delegated by the Asset Project/Roadmap Director
- Drive internal project management improvement projects and assignments or other improvement initiatives within Offshore Wind
3) Leadership:
Member of the project management team
- Deputise for project director/roadmap director – drive delegates tasks and assignments, follow up on activities, initiatives and projects, communicate and interact with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the project director/roadmap director
- Leads the PA and Document controller team and coordinate and ensure sufficient PA and DC support is available and applied
Qualifications:
- Min 5 years of project management/PMO experience required, preferably from Offshore or large infrastructure projects
- Experience and competence equivalent to IPMA level C and /or PMI PMP
- Experience and competences with process management
- Experience with PowerBI and excellent skills within excel and PowerPoint
