Project Coordinator - Commercial Roofing

Summary: The Project Coordinator (PC) serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and vendors. They manage project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring efficient communication and coordination throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team to execute project scopes and timelines.
  • Schedule and prepare crew labor for project commencement.
  • Order materials and arrange equipment rentals.
  • Conduct job hazard analyses, safety audits, and ensure compliance.
  • Complete on-site project reports and quality audits.
  • Facilitate customer communication and updates.
Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
  • Knowledge of roofing procedures and safety practices.
  • Familiarity with single ply, coating applications, and repair.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • OSHA 30 and fall protection certification.
