Summary: The Project Coordinator (PC) serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and vendors. They manage project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring efficient communication and coordination throughout.
Responsibilities:
Summary: The Project Coordinator (PC) serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and vendors. They manage project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring efficient communication and coordination throughout.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales team to execute project scopes and timelines.
- Schedule and prepare crew labor for project commencement.
- Order materials and arrange equipment rentals.
- Conduct job hazard analyses, safety audits, and ensure compliance.
- Complete on-site project reports and quality audits.
- Facilitate customer communication and updates.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
- Knowledge of roofing procedures and safety practices.
- Familiarity with single ply, coating applications, and repair.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
- Associate degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- OSHA 30 and fall protection certification.
