Responsibilities:
- Interpret project documents and contracts with precision.
- Efficiently manage multiple healthcare projects concurrently.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
- Support estimating efforts and handle change orders.
- Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including healthcare providers and facility owners.
- Resolve project issues through collaborative problem-solving and effective communication.
- Be prepared for occasional travel as project demands require.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing healthcare projects exceeding $10MM.
- College degree in construction/engineering preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record in project leadership within the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and building codes.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and facility administrators.
- Strong local industry connections within the healthcare sector are advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
