Regional Manager
As the Regional Manager, you will lead on-site management of underground utility infrastructure projects within the Greenville or Myrtle Beach SC regions. This role requires a commitment of 60-hour work weeks in the field.
Responsibilities:
On-Site Management: Directly oversee project execution on-site, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, driving collaboration and high performance. Work t develop existing team members.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards, prioritizing a safe work environment.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress and financial performance for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and/or background in Electrical Engineering preferred.
5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in utilities, heavy highway infrastructure, wastewater, and/or communications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to commit to on-site management and 60-hour work weeks.

Base salary based on experience ($135K-$150K)
