Renewables Senior Contracts Manager
Job description
Are you looking to join a leading Developer / Operator in Ireland? With 4 offices based across Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated and experienced Contracts Managers who wants to work on projects that make a difference in Irish communities. This key role will be responsible for all aspects of project tendering and contract management of renewable and strategic projects. This role is integral to the success of the high performing renewables team, as well as supporting other areas of the business.

Key Accountabilities include:
- Responsible for scoping and tendering high value renewable / engineering project contracts
- Responsible for the review and amendments to project contracts including, TSA, EPC, BoP, LTSA and consultant appointments
- Responsible for commercial negotiation with stakeholders and project counterparties, understanding project costs and value drivers
- Effective external stakeholder management including, third party consultants and specialists, utilities, and relevant public bodies
- Degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in preparing and leading construction and/or engineering tendering processes, in particular the preparation of Windfarm Turbine Supply Agreements, Balance of Plant, Project Management Agreements, EPC, LTSA or other engineering contracts
- Working knowledge of the Renewables and/or Engineering industry in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or UK
- Experience of the main forms of Contract such as FIDIC, NEC, MF and bespoke forms
