Retail Operations Manager - Erbil
Job description
WRS team are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations for our Telecommunication client's store across the country (North, Central, and South),
Location: Erbil with travel across Iraq
Working schedule: 5 days/ 6days
Working hours: 9hrs/day

Responsibilities:
- Managing staff.
- Ensure customer service and operational standards are met.
- Responsible for the company retail key performance index, including but not limited to maintaining inventory levels, monitoring sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure sales, profit, and retail KPIs are met with high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
- Study and report sales trends and market competition and develop strategies to maximize sales.
- Maintain inventory levels and SKU’s replenishment for each store and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed, including but not limited to the company's guidelines.
- Bridge the relationship between the company and brand principles to ensure the success of our joint marketing campaign.
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events merchandise.
- Ensure staff are trained well on product knowledge, sales skills, and promotional campaigns.
- Asset HR team in staff monthly evaluation and KPIs setting.
- Arranging daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports and business reviews.
- Led the coordination between the company operation team and the category team to develop and grow sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or any relevant field.
- Language proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Excellent Business development & Negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
