Job Title: Safety Coordinator - Commercial Roofing 

Location: Northern California - San Jose 

Company: Large Commercial Roofing Company

Reporting To: Safety Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular inspections.
  • Coordinate safety training programs and maintain awareness.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
  • Facilitate safety meetings and maintain open communication.
  • Keep accurate records of safety activities and prepare reports.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in Roofing, construction, or industry.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and strong communication skills.
