Job Description:

The Experienced Commercial Roofing Salesman will join a successful team and be responsible for:

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospective customers in San Diego
• Providing full-service estimating for roofing projects
• Ensuring accurate estimation of materials, labor, equipment, and transportation
• Representing the company at industry events in San Diego
• Understanding job-specific plan sets and specifications
• Maintaining up-to-date information in the database
• Utilizing intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word
• Demonstrating excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
• Exhibiting excellent organization skills
• Collaborating effectively with team members
• Bringing at least 5 years of roofing sales/project management experience

Responsibilities:

• Becoming familiar with commercial low-slope roofing systems and product lines
• Qualifying and processing leads in the San Diego area
• Receiving and confirming all appointments and coordinating inspections
• Maintaining a schedule in Outlook
• Inspecting roofs and developing take-offs after inspections
• Preparing estimates and proposal documents
• Maintaining files, generating reports, and communicating daily with the team
• Inspecting and teching roofs
• Gathering all necessary detail items on the roof, including photos
• Managing customer relations
• Putting together detailed roof reports
• Performing data entry for roof reports

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive salary negotiable based on experience level – Bonus structure on sales (Bonus structure is one of the best bonus sstructures you will find in the commerical roofing industry - uncapped commissions)
