Senior Estimator - Commercial Construction 

Position Overview: Join our preconstruction team as an integral member, providing crucial administrative support for the procurement process in commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and company web-based software is required, and training will be provided. Occasional onsite travel is necessary for meetings and procurement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review project documents to understand objectives
• Coordinate with superintendents, architects, and engineers to establish priorities
• Plan and execute competitive bidding and budgeting processes
• Maintain positive relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers
• Utilize strong technical and communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project, and familiarity with Procore or similar construction software
• Experience in reading blueprints and project specifications
• Knowledge of On Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and estimating projects
• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently on projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience
