Due to strategic development, WRS is delighted to invite applications for the post of Senior Recruitment Consultant (IT) to join our established office in Singapore.

A Senior Recruitment Consultant (IT) is responsible for targeting clients around the world to develop existing accounts and open up new opportunities as we seek to increase market share.

Utilizing our Intelligence suite, you will research and analyze projects throughout to identify opportunities to introduce or cross-sell WRS services.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager. A Senior Consultant will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRS.

This role will suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant seeking a more qualitative role, an existing business development consultant or a professional with the necessary attributes.

To be successful in this role, you need to:

  • Have the speed of thought to spot angles to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Be a team player yet capable of operating autonomously
  • Possess a high level of both written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a confident approach
  • Have an innate desire to be successful and a willingness to commit that this role requires as well as the resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that a sales role brings.
  • Have a track record of high achievement in previous role
