Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Traveling Superintendent to oversee multifamily and healthcare construction projects across the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 9Project sizes range from10M+

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Travel to various project sites within the Southeast region as required.
  • Focus on multifamily and healthcare projects, ensuring specific project requirements are met.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multifamily and healthcare projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Southeast region.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
