Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of the organization. The role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the efficient execution of business objectives.

The COO will collaborate with other executives to drive organizational success, manages cross-functional teams, and plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company's overall strategy. 



Responsibilities:

-Provide strategic direction and oversight for daily operations to achieve organizational goals.
-Contribute to the development of the overall business strategy in alignment with the CEO and executive team
-Supervise and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
-Ensure effective communication and coordination among different departments.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
_Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of operational objectives.
- Implement cost-effective measures and monitor financial performance.
 

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA is often preferred.
-Proven experience in a senior leadership role Minimum of 6-8 years, with a focus on operations.
-Demonstrated success in managing and scaling operations in a similar industry.
-Fluent in Kurdish, English & Arabic is a plus.
-Strong leadership and team management capabilities
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
