Civil Engineer - India

WRS are looking for a Civil Engineer to work for a major PMC based in Mumbai. This will be a 12 month contract with potential for extension, residential in Mumbai, paying an hourly rate in USD.

The role will be supporting the delivery of Gas compression facilies for an unconventional gas field development.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervision of civil and Structural engineering execution in detailed design, production of calculations for heavy equipment foundations, buildings and steel structures.
• EPC Analysis and design of modular steel structures including sea transportation, lifting analysis, skidding analysis, load out and stress analysis.
• EPC Design of structural steel and precast pipe racks.
• EPC Design of Equipment foundations like exchangers, coolers, process columns, steel stacks, horizontal vessels, pipe supports.
• EPC Design of specialist structures like chimneys, natural draught cooling towers, pre-stressed bridges, arch bridges.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in India
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline
• 10-15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry petrochemical project
• Good working knowledge of Major PMC standards and procedures and International standards
• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
