WRS Kurdistan is looking for an Expat candidate to work as HR Talent Management & Performance Lead for a well-known international company in Kurdistan.

Location: Sulaymaniyah



Job Summary:

The Lead, HR talent management & performance is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for ensuring the HR talent management & performance area is operating effectively which includes performance management, training and development, career development, and succession plan.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Establishing HR KPIs and HR Talent Management & Performance area objectives
  • Develop competency framework (Technical & behavioral)
  • Develop performance management framework & process
  • Develop & implement PM framework
  • Gather and review talent related data to gain insights on talent management programmes
  • Develop & managing a training framework & process
  • Develop tool for training needs analysis
  • Develop training plan and budget
  • Develop training metrics
  • Coach line managers and supervisors to give career development advice and to groom workforce
  • Identify SMEs as internal trainers
  • Develop & managing a career development framework and process
  • Oversee and manage the Probationary Period and Annual Appraisal Reporting System, thereby ensuring that goals are set for new staff and that effective mentoring and periodic reviews are conducted prior to confirmation of employment and that annual reporting is carried out effectively thereafter.
  • Maintain an accurate record and reporting of succession plans and potential successors
  • Develop internal vacancy guidelines & process
  • Develop & managing succession planning framework & guidelines
  • Carry out succession plans by working with business leaders to identify and groom individuals for important positions.
  • Recommend assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials
  • Identify business critical roles
  • Develop assessment methodology to identify high potentials
  • Develop strategies to prevent redundancies
  • Develop employee’s retention pan
  • Preparing weekly report to Group HR Manager
  • Train HR Staff
 

Requirements:
  • BA Degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Management, & Management. MA in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience for MBA/MA or 12 years of experience for BA Degree in HR functions preferably in talent management & performance, and 4 years of experience at managerial talent management & performance positions.
