My client is looking to add a Market Intelligence & Analytics Manager to their growing team. The optimal candidate will be highly capable of observing, scrutinizing, comprehending, and summarizing the dynamics of the energy market within the frameworks of regulatory, monetary, policy, legislative, new innovations, strategic advantages, and technical. This expertise will be instrumental in advising, refining, and improving developmental endeavors.

Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze energy market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  
  
• Regulatory and Legislative Updates: Stay current on regulatory and legislative changes impacting the industry.
  
  
• Competitive Landscape Assessment: Evaluate the competitive landscape for opportunities and threats.
  
  
• Insights and Strategy: Provide actionable insights to shape market strategy.
  
  
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with industry stakeholders for firsthand insights.
  
  
• Collaboration and Continuous Learning: Foster departmental collaboration and stay updated on market intelligence best practices.
  
  
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate market risks.
  
  
• Ad Hoc Research: Conduct special-topic research to support decision-making.
   
  
  

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of analytics or market intelligence experience. Time spent in the renewables industry or similar would be ideal.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, or similar area; MBA or Market Analysis specialization is a plus.
• Knowledgeable of the regulations within the renewables industry.
• Solid capabilities in research and analysis, coupled with proficient communication skills.
• History of strong presentation and reporting skills
• Demonstrated ability to connect market insights to implementable tactics
