Pre-Delivery Inspection Manager
Job description
Position: Pre-Delivery Inspection Manager
Location: Erbil
Open to: Locals only
Work type: Full time
Responsibilities:
-Manage all PDI locations (Erbil, Basra & Baghdad) to ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for delivery.
-Coordinates with Logistics and sales and plan and strategy to ensure smooth workflow.
-Make sure manpower requirements are always sufficient according to PDI accessories and Inspection requirements and monthly target.
-Monitor day-to-day operations for all locations.
-Maintain daily operational reports to monitor performance.
-Delegate job responsibility effectively to the Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Job Controller.
-Arrange training for technicians on the installation of new accessories.
-Monitor damaged vehicles to avoid accumulation.
-Standardized the process and implement in all locations.
-Monitor Body and Paint repair and PDR.
-Workforce planning.
-Evaluate employee's performance and competency.
-Ensures application of safety regulations for all PDI staff.
Requirements:
-At least 5 years automotive experience, and good knowledge of the automotive industry around the region as bench marking. Understand TMC requirements.
-Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Computer skills, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. And has good moral values.
-Process Oriented and with process improvement skills.
-Iraqi nationality
Soft Skills:
-Process Oriented and with process improvement skills
-Confidence, resilience, drive, and energy .
-A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
-The ability to quickly establish and build relationship with our customers.
-Possess a valid driving license
