Position: 
      Procurement Coordinator
Open to:        Locals Only
Location:       Erbil   
Work Type:    Full-Time 



Responsibilities:

-Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best terms and pricing for goods and services.
-Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet project deadlines or operational needs.
-Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages or stockouts.
-Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to maintain quality standards and compliance with contracts.
-Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
-Prepare reports and analysis on procurement activities, costs, and savings for management review.
-Provide support and guidance to colleagues on procurement-related matters.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
-Min 3-5 years of previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement software.
-Fluent in Kurdish & Englishز
