WRS are looking for a Project Director. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Pioneer the setting up of the project organisation, including preparatory work before commencement of project execution.
  • Steer and manage project completion of offshore wind farms safely within budget and schedule to a high quality in line with the project objectives.
  • Oversee the project budget and establish an efficient approach to cost control and progress payments.
  • Maintaining optimal and strategically allocate project resources and be able to resolve project/resource conflicts as when they arise with minimum impact to project objectives.
  • Able to advise and provide insight on feasibility studies from wind resource data of an identified location.
Essential experience/ Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical (such as Maritime Engineering, Mechanical) discipline.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in project management to construct Offshore Wind, or Oil & Gas, especially those deployed in shallow waters of the Pacific & Indian Oceans.
  • Completed at least one project as the Project Director/Lead for the construction of an offshore wind farm, from wind resource analysis to project commissioning.
  • Possess knowledge of offshore construction in general and foundation installation.
