Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are representing a rapidly expanding commercial general construction company based in Orlando, FL, focusing primarily on projects in the car wash, petroleum, restaurant, retail, and self-storage industries across the southeast. (project sizes range from 2-20+M)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of multiple ground-up and renovation projects
  • Budgeting and pre-construction planning
  • Coordinate permits
  • Negotiate and buy-out subcontractors
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Manage submittals
  • Interact with customers
  • Handle customer invoicing and change order management
  • Financial management including profit and loss (P&L)
  • Ensure quality control
  • Coordinate with field superintendents for project success
  • Complete punch-lists
  • Close-out projects
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Residency in central Florida
