Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure that all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Monitor and control project budget and expenses
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
