Looking for an organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic company. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our diverse campaigns and projects. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure client satisfaction will be key to our success.

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables for marketing campaigns, infrastructural projects, and other initiatives.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with creative, design, copywriting, and other teams to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Management: Work closely with senior management to develop, monitor, and adhere to project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Timeline Management: Implement and maintain project timelines, identifying and mitigating potential delays to ensure on-time project delivery.
Risk Assessment: Proactively identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues that may impact project success.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet the company's standards and senior management expectations.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to internal teams and senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, considering team members' skills and workload to optimize project performance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising or marketing agency.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technology: Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Problem-Solving: Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of tourism or advertising industry trends and best practices.
