On behalf of a majoir Oil and gas Operator, I am searching for a Senior Advisor, Commercial to be based in KL on a 2 year extenable contract.

KEY OBJECTIVES 

• Support the Head of Development and Planning Department in negotiating and drafting contracts.
• Liaise with other departments to facilitate PSC communications and compliance with required notices.
• Oversee, enable, develop, and strengthen Company’s commercial relationships with JV and its partners.
• Responsible for the review of PSC’s, sales agreements, farmout agreements, JOA’s and other contracts.
• Responsible for presentations and communications with Petronas and partners.
• Responsible for contracts and commercial arrangement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree (or similar qualification) in Engineering, Finance, or Law
