Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative with a True Hunter mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, developers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial roofing market in the Los Angeles area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, managers, developers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of  3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial roofing industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
